What are the newest games Xbox Live subscribers can play at no additional cost?
December 2019’s Xbox Live Games with Gold have been revealed. The new games feature a kooky cast of characters with robots, dinosaurs, toys and vampires.
If you’ve yet to grab November’s games, you’ve got until December 1. Note that some games carry over to the following month, some games don’t become free until the middle of the month and other games may have already expired.
Here is the full list of games being offered for the month:
December 2019
- Insane Robots (Xbox One) (Dec. 1 – 31)
- Jurassic World Evolution (Xbox One) (Dec. 16 – Jan. 15)
- Toy Story 3 (Xbox 360/Xbox One BC) (Dec. 1 – 15)
- Castlevania: Lords of Shadow – Mirror of Fate HD (Xbox 360/Xbox One BC) (Dec. 16 – Dec. 31)

All Games with Gold titles that originally appeared on Xbox 360 are playable on Xbox One via Xbox One’s backward compatibility feature.
Xbox Live Gold runs $59.99 a year, but discounts can be found from time to time. Microsoft also bundles Xbox Live Gold with Xbox Game Pass, a subscription service that features hundreds of downloadable Xbox games, for $14.99 a month in its Game Pass Ultimate subscription.
